????Extending to new platforms is a good plan for BlackBerry, whose flailing OS is behind iOS, Android, and now, even Microsoft's (MSFT) Windows Phone. Google's OS leads the pack with about 75% of smartphones shipped in the first quarter of this year, according to a recent report from research firm IDC.
