The company changed its name in July 2012 after SXC acquired rival Catalyst Health Solutions Inc., creating the nation's fourth-largest pharmacy benefit manager behind Express Scripts Holdings Co., CVS Caremark Corp. and a division of UnitedHealth Group Inc.
