Thomas D. Gorman: Now, you have identified in "How The Mighty Fall" five attributes of the right people. And that to me is very fascinating and I think it's very timely for our friends in China. One of which is, people who are passionate about the company and about the work of the company. And I have a bunch of questions about that, but the opening one is, do you think that the responsibility for generating that kind of passion, does that start with the CEO?

Jim Collins: Well, if the CEO's not passionate; you're sort of dead. I mean there has to be a real genuine infectiousness, you know, what's really interesting about this is, you would think that it'd be hard to be passionate about some of the businesses that we've studied, that are kind of more straightforward businesses, commodity products, like steel, or whether it be grocery stores. But there were a number of people who are in that business, who get really passionate about it.
But they also may be equally passionate about the culture, or they may be passionate about the values, or they may be passionate just about doing something really well. There's a lot of things that you can be passionate about.
